给来黄石爱康医院实习的国外留学生的一封信

黄石爱康医院（原冶钢医院）始建于1917年，是集医疗、教学、科研、预防、康复、急救、体检为一体的大型三级综合性医院，是湖北省规模最大的改制后民营三级综合医院，是湖北省内历史最悠久的百年老院之一，1917年建院，2004年7月1日由大冶特钢集团公司职工医院改制并更名为黄石爱康医院。医院是加拿大多伦多合作医院，湖北理工学院附属医院，湖北省住院医师规范化培训基地，武汉科技大学硕士生研究基地，北京301远程会诊定点合作医院，黄石及周边地区城镇职工基本医疗保险、居民医疗保险及新型农村合作医疗定点医院，10余家商业保险定点医院，100余家大型企事业单位友好协作医院。   

医院位于美丽的磁湖之畔，开放床位1200张，年门诊量50余万人次，年住院量5万人次，目前有员工1200余人，其中高级职称126名，其中有国家级学会常委1个，省级学会委员12个，市级学会主委4个，副主任委员26个。拥有面积2千平方的鄂东南最大的血液透析基地、黄石地区唯一多人高压氧舱，3台CT、3台核磁共振、2台大型数字血管造影机DSA，及其超声内镜、超声刀、腹腔镜等高端设备。在黄石地区首家开展心血管介入、脑血管介入、支纤镜介入冷冻治疗、断指（趾、肢）再植，腹腔镜直肠癌根治术，肺癌肝癌的介入及手术治疗等。

从2004年医院改制后，学科发展迅速，现拥有1个省级重点创建专科，1个省级重点专科，医学检验科、输血科、心血管内科、肾病内科、呼吸与危重症医学科、骨科、妇科、医学影像科、创伤外科、重症医学科、急诊医学科、临床护理等为市级重点专科，其他学科例如消内、神内、妇产科、儿科、普外科、泌外、神经外科、创伤外科等多个学科均在鄂东南地区享有盛誉，在黄石地区连续创造多个第一，例如：“黄石第一例成功开展心血管介入”“黄石第一例成功开展脑血管介入”“黄石第一例高压氧救治沉睡多年植物人”“黄石第一例单髁膝关节置换术”“黄石第一例断指再植”……等等。

希望各位留学生来到医院实习后，能够遵循以下原则：

1、留学生每天按照医院要求，按时上班和下班，不要迟到、早退；早上应该在7:50之前，已经吃完早餐，到达科室穿好工作服，跟随科室进行交班，做好上班准备；下午五点以后到次晨为下班时间，按照湖北理工学院要求，大家可以回湖北理工学院进行休息。

2、每天检测核酸。保护好自己的健康码，尽量不要去人群聚集的场所，例如电影院、大型超市等；

3、万一有事或者生病，可以请事假或者病假。需带教老师和科主任签字，科教科备案。3天以上的请假需通知学校，并经学校老师同意。如果旷工3日以上，直接退回学校。

4、每个培训周期，评选优秀留学生实习带教老师10名，评选优秀留学实习生5名，颁发荣誉证书。其他奖励按医院规定执行。

Huangshi Aikang Hospital (formerly Yegang Hospital) was founded in 1917. It is a large-scale three-level comprehensive hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention, rehabilitation, first aid and physical examination. It is the largest private three-level comprehensive hospital after restructuring in Hubei Province, and one of the oldest hospitals in Hubei Province with a history of 100 years. It was founded in 1917, and was restructured and renamed Huangshi Aikang Hospital by the staff hospital of Daye Special Steel Group Company on July 1, 2004. The hospital is a Toronto Cooperative Hospital in Canada, an affiliated hospital of Hubei Institute of Technology, a standardized training base for residents in Hubei Province, a postgraduate research base of Wuhan University of Science and Technology, a designated cooperative hospital for remote consultation in Beijing 301, a designated hospital for basic medical insurance for urban employees, residential medical insurance and new rural cooperative medical care in Huangshi and its surrounding areas, and more than 10 designated hospitals for commercial insurance, More than 100 large enterprises and institutions are friendly and cooperative hospitals.

The hospital is located at the bank of the beautiful Cihu Lake, with 1200 open beds, an annual outpatient volume of more than 500000 person times, and an annual inpatient volume of 50000 person times. We hope that allinternational students can follow the following principles after coming to the hospital for practice

1、overseas student Go to work and leave work on time according to the requirements of the hospital every day, and do not be late or leave early; Before 7:50 in the morning, we should have finished breakfast, arrived at the department and put on work clothes, followed the department for shift handover, and got ready for work; After five o'clock in the afternoon to the next morning, we can go back to Hubei Institute of Technology for a rest according to the requirements of Hubei Institute of Technology.

2、Nucleic acid was detected daily. Protect your health code and try not to go to places where people gather, such as cinemas and supermarkets;

3、In case of something or illness, you can ask for personal leave or sick leave. It needs to be signed by the teaching teacher and the department director, and filed by the Science and Education Department. For leave of more than 3 days, the school shall be informed and approved by the teacher.

4、In each training cycle, 10 excellent intern tutors and 5 excellent interns will be selected and awarded honorary certificates. Other rewards shall be implemented according to hospital regulations.
